Clean hotel, great price, with very good breakfast buffet with lots of options. Front desk staff also speaks English and made check-in very easy. Best way to get to hotel from KTX is by Taxi (20,000 KRW)5

Very nice for a three star hotel.
Interior wise, it’s very similar to the five star lotte near by. Just compare the room, you’d be surprised. No frill, very comfy, quiet, clean and convenient. Will come back here next time.5

It’s good for business stay. Very nice location and easy to buy or eat Korea food around the hotel. only one notice for other tourist which is bring ur tooth brush bcoz the hotel didn’t prepare any tooth brush for guest. Next time I been here will also choose the lotter city hotel.2

I believe when a guest stays at a hotel that the hotel should be equipped with the exact amount of parking spaces for each room, this hotel obviously doesn’t care about their customers experience and they really need to
Make some changes.
Every night their garage was full and had no parking available for a lot of their guest. The way they tried to resolve it was to have us park 3 blocks away in the freezing cold which was not what we were expecting when booking this hotel.
I believe that there is a solution to every problem and I hope they read this and come up with one sooner rather than later for the consideration of their guest.
They also don’t have the greatest customer service, because the day we were checking out after a 4 night stay we asked if we can get a late checkout and the receptionist reply was, yes if you are willing to pay an extra charge. This hotel wants more than they give.
