The resort staff speak English so was easy for us to communicate, also were really nice and helpful. The condo was enough big for us, was clean, and well-kept. It is located in a great location, close to attractions. The breakfast was yummy and had lots of choices. 👏👍

we stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. the rooms is so spacious, clean and well designed. bed and mattress are good and really have good sleep. overall we really love it and it is super comfortable 👍👍👍 but we do not know how much does it charge as it was fully sponsored. the restaurant serve very good and many variety of foods for buffet breakfast. buffet dinner prepared were nice and choices were many. we really enjoyed it 😘😋 location wise, there is a Lotte premium outlet and buyeo cultural land nearby by walking distance.

5 star hotel! Clean, neat, fully equipped I would say. From spacious fridge to kitchen and kitchen utensils all are well equipped so you can cook(Rice cooker, pots and pans). Toilet and bathroom very clean. Our room was 2 single deluxe bed but it's quite large for me.. There's balcony too! Across the hotel is Lotte Outlet to shop.. But night time nothing much to do except chit chat and have a drink with friends in room or cafe.. There's 7-Eleven down at basement.. ***Sorry I didn't take any pictures of the room but it's exactly like what's in their website ****

This is a very family friendly resort that you will definitely want to bring your little one! It has an arcade, a convenient store, and a take-out food-court in the basement for your convenience. The main attraction is the water park Aqua Garden, which unfortunately is fitting for children up to 3rd grade at most. Older children may find this water park a bit childish and get bored quickly. The rooms are luxurious and very well maintained. Despite the great attributes, this resort only gets three stars because of its lackadaisical restaurant on the first floor. The restaurant employees were careless of their poor customer service and borderline rude. The restaurant has a kiosk you can order without contact, which we used to order our food. 5 minutes in the employee tells us to reorder since they cancelled our order because some of the food we ordered were no longer available. Moreover, the again told us that other items we ordered were not available after 10 minutes and told us to reorder because they again cancelled our order. This happened one more time, without sincere apologies or remedies. We only received a very soulless and automated "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do" from the staff. Do not order here unless you confirm the food is available.
