I stayed here five nights to attend a conference at EXCO. Everything about the hotel was excellent, including the breakfast buffer and the Korean restaurant on the 17th floor.
The rooms were fine as well, but my room was too cold, and the heater didn't work properly. I doubled the blanket, which resolved the problem, but the heater should function better.
Meanwhile, two of my colleagues were steaming hot because they couldn't turn their heat down - heat that I could have used some of.
Beyond the too much/too little heat issue, the hotel stay was excellent.5

Very nice hotel conveniently located just opposite EXCO exhibition and conference center. I have spent two nights in a deluxe room while attending a conference and was very pleased. The rooms were clean, the staff was really helpful and the breakfast buffet really rich.4

This is a clean and tidy hotel, which offers very good service at all areas.
Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and pillows. Bedding was clean and all equipment was in good working order.
We only attended the breakfast, but this was full of taste and flavours with a choice of continental and Korean options. Food was of very good quality. The only downside were the very limited (for a 5-star hotel) hot drinks' options.
The hotel is only conveniently-located hotel if you attend a conference or a wedding nearby. Otherwise, it is quite far from the city centre and as the underground won't get you to one of the city stations or the main places of interest, you will have to get a taxi (for about 10,000 wons) or a bus (for about 1,500 wons).3

They should pay more attention to the international standards of hospitality. I spent 7 nights for a business trip and it was not very easy to communicate. Rooms are very clean but I don’t consider them very functional. Staff is very responsive but might need further explanation, it depends on the person. I would like to see more international cuisines in a hotel. The hotel is very clean and facilities are nice.
