Very clean, neat and tidy. The staff all speak English so that helps me. The hotel is relatively new so is in s very good condition. They ordered a taxi when I needed it and told the driver where I needed to go. The wifi is very fast and not limited to one or two devices. I would go there again so that's an endorsement.

Ended up here after missing a flight and needing somewhere to stay for the night. The staff were incredibly hospitable, even offering me a modest room upgrade. The entire hotel is SPOTLESS, their English is fluent, and the nearby area offers a ton of great restaurants and interesting attractions. Definitely the best part of the trip.

4 star hotel in Cheongju located within walking distance of entertainment area with lots of clubs, pubs and restaurants. Highly convenient location within reach of Sangdang Ro the shopping district and also in a good ideal placement for easy transportation to other parts of the city. Hotel amenities are good although it’s still recovering from the pandemic with reduced staff n facilities. Certain sections such as health club n gym are closed pending reconstruction and the primary restaurant is operating on shorter hours. Rooms are large but do need a revival notwithstanding that they are in good condition. Staff are conversant in English, helpful n responsive. The cafe which offers a buffet breakfast is pleasant with nice seatings n serves international fare with traditional Korean food. Our stay was pleasant and we hope to return in the future to this nice city which has many fond memories for us. Kamsah amida 🙇🏼‍♂️

Great rooms clean and tidy everday. Accommodate my request and concerns. The hotel is located in center activity for bars and clubs.

The room is big and great. But The cleaning part… there’re hairs in the restrooms for two places. The breakfast is good, but the bread is not tasty than I thought
