Rated 3 stars. However, found the establishment to be well run, clean and maintained. House keeping is top notch and staff were friendly as well as courteous. The only draw back I will say is that the hotel is on the outskirts located in an industrial area. You have to take transportation to get to things and sightseeing.4

Good Hotel in the unlikely case you have business to do in Gunsan ... Next to the conference center, otherwise in the middle of nowhere. Standard, quiet and well-kept rooms, ok breakfast. Extremely quiet but efficient air conditioning. Beds on the hard side. Pools closed supposedly because of covid. No bar but a 24 hours convenience store with open air benches and tables opposite the entrance. Friendly staff.4

The room was clean and comfortable for two guests. The bathroom was also nice; overall there wasn't anything to complain about. If looking for a place just to stay the night, then this room should be more than good enough to do the job. The breakfast was decent enough for my tastes--I'm not a picky eater. I'd rate it as positive experience.4

Very clean, comfortable, and modern hotel. I will definitely stay here again on my next trips to Gunsan. I didn't give it 5 stars because the TV didn't work properly and the breakfast was expensive.2

The hotel is named best Western but people here don't really understand English. Also the rooms are good but not to the level of 3 star hotel you might think of.
The food preparation will have no veg dishes and you will have to survive on the small general store which outside. There too only if you are able to check the packing by yourself which is difficult.
The staff in very less aware of surroundings.
