Well, relaxing place in pyeongchang.
The room is cozy and comfortable.
They provide baby bed next to our bed.
We chose Lake View ,which I think it is better than Mountain View, especially for ski-off season.
Service is the same as 5 stars, something
Location is in the heart of alpensia resort.
I booked dinner and breakfast buffet which are very nice.
Breads and coffee are also nice.
We had so much fun and good relax.
Event though it is ski-off season, here is good enough to take a best break out of busy city life
I definitely visit there again.5

The staff here were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. They also speak English fluently so there was no language barrier. The lobby area was really comfy and spacious cater to all the guests. The hotel room was also spacious with a great view that was facing the alpensia ski resort. The room was also well equipped with basic amenities.The television had a great variety of entertainment channel. The alpensia ski resort was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel to all!!5

Amazing hotel. you may enter hotel.with rolling door or regular door. you can see couch at the front of the door. Probably it's for customer sitting while waiting. it got a lot of couch. lift are divided into 2, right for 1 to 35 floor. left for 35 floor above. walking to the room. you will find close tight doors installed,as it's standard for korea to face winter,i assume. it has bathtub,shower. in the back you can play ski. can't describe it with so many features4

Short ski trails, okay for beginners not ideal for experienced skiers or snowboarders. Intercontinental hotel at the site is four stars at the best not the typical five stars conditions you would normally expect from intercontinental. At the resort there are a lot of restaurants to choose from mostly Korean cuisines and a spa sauna at the hotel.4

The location of the Hotel is quite good, we went there in December, we had a view on the frozen lake, was nice. But I must say that The property is old… The room was fairly clean, big, with a balcony. The food there was not bad. Overall it’s not a bad place to stay at.
