This is a relatively prosperous motel located in a quiet rural village. The owner seems like a typical generous country grandfather. I stopped by on my bike trip and felt reassured because there was a separate warehouse to store my bikes.

It's a decent motel by the Seomjingang River. The owner is friendly and the bathroom is spacious. The rooms are clean and the TV is a bit small. Because it's a rural area, you have to go about 300-400 meters to a convenience store, and there's a delicious Chinese restaurant just around the corner from the convenience store.

The cleaning condition is not perfect and the parking space is small. There is minimal interior equipment. The stairs are a bit steep and there is a difference in elevation, so it's easy to miss the stairs. There is an elevator from the 2nd floor.
