What I like most about this hotel is the receptionist at the front desk! She is incredibly kind, and she has gone above and beyond to help me and my aunt. Her hospitality is excellent and has exceeded my expectations.
The room is clean. And the decorations are really cute. I feel like I was traveling back in time and really immersed in this old traditional town. :)

Good: free parking, room is clean and spacious, location.
Not so good: staff can hardly understand English, toilet is very cold in winter, bed has a plastic protector under the bedsheet, felt like hospital bed, not comfortable.

Fairly average low quality hotel in Korea. The staff at the front desk was a little rude and tried to avoid talking to us. The room was generally clean, but the windows did not have curtains so let in the light. Note that this is not a traditional Hanok guesthouse.
