Please be kind. The facilities feel old

There was a lot of smell, probably because of construction. The owner changed the room right away so there was no inconvenience. Facilities are old but clean.

I went with a friend because they said it was being remodeled, but all they said was remodeling. The building is old, so you can hear the elevator and everyone talking in the room next door.
