It's clean for the price and parking is available, which is nice. They clean it well, but non-smokers can smell the cigarette smell. Please do not smoke in the non-smoking rooms.5

This is a place I went to on a business trip, and I was able to quickly make a reservation with the group I was with and finish the itinerary.
The room I stayed in felt like the bathroom was bigger than the size of the room.4
