The owner couple was very friendly, it's located in the city, so it's easily accessible, and there are a lot of things to do nearby, including restaurants and cafes. In particular, the rooms were very clean and tidy, so I had a great stay.4

Near NC Wave which is a good location I guess, when I visited the owner was nice but bit too nice (she weirdly questioned my purpose of staying which was very odd). Otherwise it was clean room with moderate facility. PC and TV was good quality as well2

It's clean, but the facilities look old and there's really no soundproofing at all. I'm not saying I can hear loud chatter from the room next door, but I can honestly hear the phone ringing next door and even people walking down the hallway.
