Functions very well as the bus ticketing and transportation center. There are ticketing machines that offer an English option so most people will be able to buy their tickets themselves and spend less time in line. Also, there are ticket agents if you need the human aspect. There are a number of shops and restaurants around the ticket concourse for all your food and essential bus trip needs. The seating in the waiting area is usually lacking, you may end up standing while you wait for your bus. Additionally, the traffic congestion and lack of traffic control around the complex is sometimes aggravating and something that should have been better planned.

The Terminal Complex has a variety of outlets located within its building. From fast foods like MacDonald's, Lotteria and local take away. There is Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, clothing outlets like Uniqlo, The 8. An e mart for all your shopping needs and a CGV movie outlet.

It's a bus terminal, so maybe not the most exciting place, but kiosks make it easy to get tickets. There are lots of seats and the terminal is either connect to or close by lots of places to eat or drink.
