It's an old motel, but there's almost no musty smell and there's no dust flying around. It's a shame that it's just old furniture.
It's located in Bongmyeong-dong, so there are a lot of places to eat nearby?
The price is not too outrageous either. Frequently used as a regular room.3

The facilities are old and sanitary conditions are worst.
