The room is small. In the cheap room, the view outside the window is a building wall. It's okay for the price.

This is a hotel with excellent value for money. I stayed in the event room for 3 nights, and it was a bit difficult because it had a view of the Shinshin Hotel across the street, but I was a single man so it was a big deal. It wasn't uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the room was also good. I was also satisfied with the bathroom. I really liked that it had a bidet. Parking is inconvenient. There is parking at the tower, and if you don't want to waste time at the tower, there is a private parking lot about 100 meters away, but it is an empty parking lot. It is inconvenient to drag a suitcase. The staff was friendly and the two elevators were fast, so it was an excellent cost-effective hotel with no inconveniences other than the parking lot. There is also a 7-Eleven convenience store at Shinshin Hotel across the street.

There aren't many spacious rooms at the Shin Seogwi Hotel, but even with a king bed and a double bed and a table, there's plenty of space. The furniture has been rearranged, so the current room is different from the one in the site photo. There are no stands or desks. The front manager is friendly. Room condition is good and clean. It is an all-in-one toilet. The water pressure in the toilet is too weak.

Very affordable lodging in Jeju. Rooms are small, but they have bathrooms, table, and dressing closet. If you are looking for a less expensive hotel, this is it. However, front desk clerks are young, and they do not wish to be bothered. The room was so hot ypu have yo turn the AC. They suggest you put your used toilet papers in the basket instead of flushing it, which I did not. Overall, I will use this place for affordable prices but not for services nor amenities.
