Service staff was rude. We just got there and asked if about the check in but they scrabbled around with their computer and acting really busy, not looking up for a question. When answering, he gave a really black face like we owed him. Really bad attitude.
Unable to leave our luggage safely with them, they just told us to leave it on the side with no tracking no care.
Room was quite small, hard to walk around with our luggage open. Add a few more dollars and you get better service few blocks away.
