Great hotel! Room size is not the biggest but it is clean and the service provided by the hotel staff are great. There is a convenience store located right downstairs and valet parking is also provided. Also, the hotel provides complimentary breakfast! Would stay again.5

We booked the suite room with sea view from Dec 18-25 and it was great. Big and spacious for our family of 4, nothing much to complain about. Location is great as it is near the airport so getting here was quick and easy. They have laundry room so
we can get our washing and drying done easily when needed. A 24hrs convenience shop was just next to the hotel so it is easy to get any items from there. Many restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. If not just get the counter staff to call a taxi if you are not driving. The daily breakfast sandwiches that they hang at your door were also a nice start to the day. We also got a nice bag of chocolate and sweets for Christmas from the hotel.
Need more hangers in the closet. It's like only 2 to 3 hangers per room cupboard and 4 of us need to hang our winter jackets and other clothes. Also need some spoons and forks in the suite room..else how to stir our coffee and eat some of the food we bought.5

Awesome room, service and location. So near the Jeju international Airport. I enjoyed my stay, felt safe and a few restaurants around the hotel at night. The view from the room was so nice. Watching the plane take off was such a beauty.
Try to reach the hotel early as the car park tend to be full very fast. If not u might have trouble finding a parking lot in the public car park.4

On the early morning of April 25, 2024, I checked in and everything was fine except for the check-in attendant. She did not provide any information about the facilities, sandwich service, or the door password. She simply asked if I had a car and handed me the check-in paper.
However, other aspects of my stay were positive. The bath water was hot enough, and the staff, especially the gentleman who worked on the early morning of April 30, were friendly. He even asked if I wanted a sandwich to take with me to the airport, despite it being 5:30 am. The room was clean and spacious enough for solo and couple travelers, and the location was just a 5-minute drive from the airport.4

We stayed here for the first night of our four night trip to Jeju. We picked it for the convenience near the airport before we headed to Seogwipo for the next part of our journey.
Loved the hotel and our brief stay. Staff were wonderful - professional and friendly.
Rooms are compact and have everything you need. Very comfortable beds.
Shower is a bit small and takes a bit of getting used to with getting it on and hot, but once you figure it out no issues.
Hygiene wash/ bidet facility only has cold water which is a bit disappointing in spring as the temperature is still quite cold.
Loved the drinks machine and self use microwave etc downstairs. Very handy with a baby who needed milk warmed up etc.
Also loved the free sandwiches they provided us with in the morning. Simple but delicious, my daughter loved it.
Highly recommend this hotel.
