The hotel looks nice and is suitable for 2 visitors. However I have some complaints about their service.
First, they don't have aircon - I asked the staff how does their AC operates and was informed that since its spring, AC's are off. Weird bcoz it was a bit hot in the room.
Second - their breakfast was almost the same for 3days.
Third- their pillow was too soft that I had to ask for another pillow but it was the same.
Fourth- their bed was a bit hard.
Fifth- we searched for a SCREEN channel but was not available.
Sixth- location wise, it's just okay but not perfect for those who's goin to travel.
But their staff was really amazing! He was very helpful from start to finish and answered all my concerns the best way possible.3
