We booked the ARA as a last minute itinerary change. The rooms were great. They are well laid out and had nice views of the city. We had a pair of rooms: 7th floor and 10th floor. The view from the 10th floor (top floor) in particular was very nice. Bathrooms were clean and spacious with a nice shower. Kitchenette was clean and had a large fridge and freezer, stovetop, electric kettle, dishes and utensils. Beds felt comfy to me, but one member of our group found hers a little uncomfortable. Definitely fine though. Fast elevator and the host is very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when texting. Location was very walkable to downtown sites like the underground mall (5 minutes) and the city market (10 minutes, less maybe).
As a note, taxi drivers do not know this hotel. Be sure to have the hotel name and address in Hangul ready for the driver or… who knows where you will end up :-)
As a note, this hotel does not have a staffed desk. A staffer is available as needed (I think) and has office hours sometimes. We were able to pickup the key at checkin, no problem even though there wasn’t anyone at the desk.5

Above all, the host is friendly and the airport is close.
The rooms are clean and great, with a washing machine, cooking facilities, etc.4

The rooms were clean and decent, just like a studio flat in a typical k-drama. We had no problems with the flat and the check-in/out were fairly clear and simple.
I'm just a bit disturbed by the fact that this says that it is a hotel but it doesn't operate like a hotel with housekeeping daily etc. There's signs everywhere in the studio flat that we have to separate the trash and throw our own trash. I'm a tourist visiting for the 1st time. Navigating the place is already stressful and the signs everywhere is giving me anxiety that I might be fined or reprimand for not throwing my trash accordingly after checking out. So just manage your expectations about staying in this place.
The neighbourhood is a great place. There's food options hidden in every corner. We enjoyed staying here for 3 nights.4

Wonderful stay, wonderful beds. The room is spacious and has a washing machine and a small kitchen. The sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. The beds sleep well. The location is ideal and you can reach the airport by bus within 20 minutes. The stop is 5 minutes away, making it perfect to explore the island further.4

A spacious room, for Ruth in the center thanks to the double windows it was quiet. The landlady is very nice and communicates in English. Walking distance from the market, convenience store very close, free parking under the building. The bed was comfortable.
The room has air conditioning, a kitchen and a washing machine. It's a shame there is no dryer, we came for 1 night so we could not use the washing machine.
A significant drawback on which I dropped a star is the towels which were really small. Hand towels as bath towels.
