We stayed in this hotel for 1 night during Easter Holiday. Location is excellent with lots of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The room is spacious yet a bit old but staff are very friendly and helpful. When we checked out we left our Apple Watch in the room and the staff spent a lot of effort to help us and finally retrieve it which we are very grateful of. Definitely will recommend this hotel to tourists coming over to Jeju!

Hotel Leo is an excellent location , near airport and dinning places. We had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Helen during my stay at Hotel Leo.. Helen's proficiency in English made communication effortless, and her clear directions were invaluable. Not only did she provide excellent service, but her thoughtful food suggestions enhanced my dining experience. This hotel is extremely convenient in terms of location. Our room came with the lg styler which was very nice to steam and sanitize our clothes. The room itself was very clean and well kept. Many thanks to assistant manager 주헤림 at the reception desk. Super friendly and helpful. Anything from travel advice to 'how to properly open and store makgeolli' to hailing down a taxi to restaurant recommendations. She was amazing and my entire travel group loves her. Will definitely recommend this hotel to any friends or family who want to visit jeju in the future!

Best experience. Staf Helen very helpful and super friendly. She show us best restaurant, bakery and even help me and my family with our luggage. Thank you very much Helen... Four thumbs ups. Hotel location super strategic. Seven eleven just beside hotel. Near to nice restaurant, nice bakery, money changer. Room also nice, bed is big. Very comfortable Absolutely will stay at this hotel again if i visit jeju again Smile.. smile.. smile

we chose their traditional futon beds which were honestly quite uncomfortable. however, their service was not bad and they had a good valet service for guests. the location was not bad as well and was in the vicinity of several good restaurants.
