It is located near Seogwipo Ore Market and Lee Jung-seop Street, and is a good value for money hotel if you are traveling to Seogwipo. Breakfast was sold individually for 10,000 won at the Aba Ameong restaurant in front of the hotel and was delicious.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Staff at the reception aren't too friendly and helpful. Can't speak much English. Room was big with a nice bathtub and good water pressure. Depending on your room, you might get a good view of either the city, the sea or someone's building. We had the seaview. Some rooms in the middle of are noisy cos of the common elevators and some guests are quite noisy. At the top of the hotel, on the 11th floor, there's a skypark that you can go see the sunset and sunrise. Not completely cos it's blocked by some buildings but good enough. There's a "Nice to CU" behind the reception. It's walking distance to both the waterfalls in the city... Both are like within 2 KMs away. Neighbourhood a bit iffy cos of the many red light bars but fairly safe. The olle market is only 5-10 minutes walk away so everything is conveniently located.

It was a pleasant experience at the hotel in the Olle market place. The establishment was nice, clean, and spacious. It was conveniently located near the market and easy to access. The staff at the front office were particularly kind and efficient, providing excellent service.

Its a ok hotel. I got a non-smoking room but could smell residual odor from smoking. Other from that, the hotel itself is clean and conveniently located. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

I am currently staying in this hotel as I write this review. The location of hotel is good and within walking distance to nearby popular everyday market. The service staff at counter is also helpful but will not be able to converse well in English. Thus, Google Translate apps is useful in conversing with them. I have requested for extra pillows because the ones provided are flat and was told extra charges will be levied (still pending their replies on this at this juncture as they have run out of pillows !). Further I have requested for rooms change as I could not open my hotel windows to circulate the air in my rooms due to smokers from outside my rooms (I am on the lower floors of hotel, the smok seems to have sifted upwards into my rooms!). I have 2 reservation for 3 nights. And this is my first night. Certainly hope it will be resolved before my stay.
