It's a place with a good view of the surroundings. Each of the three rooms on the first floor has a small pool outside the living room, so children will like it.
You can drive up to the top of the nearby Gunsan Oreum by car, and the view is amazing.3

Neat pension. There is no shortage of facilities.
There is a barbecue area on the second floor, so going back and forth is a bit annoying.
Convenience stores and restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away.
It's not bad considering you're going to drink it in the evening.
Anyway, it's ambiguous.
The neighborhood is quiet, making it a good place to relax.
But for tourism...
Be sure to visit the nearby Gunsan Oreum as you can reach the summit by car.
