Very nice and comfortable hotel. Extremely helpful staff. The rooms need a little bit or renovation. It is also located near to the bus stand to Jeju city and airport. Quite a few tourist spots nearby. Lots of nice eateries around.5

Enjoyed my stay here. Pleasantly surprise all receptionist are able to communicate well in English. The room is spacious. However, no toiletries such as toothbrush or toothpaste available in the room. Hotel location is convenient to walk to nearby restaurants. Within walking distance to the Cheonjeyoun waterfalls, teddy bear museum, alive museum.3

The staff is unfriendly and lazy; I requested for two shower gels and was instructed to go to the lobby to collect them; the staff simply placed the shower gel on the countertop and went missing; in the end, I was given one shower gel only. They switch off 70% of the lights after 9 pm. There is a laundry room, however it closes after 8 pm.3

The hallway carpets were atrocious, but the rooms were ok. Definitely did not live up to any of the pictures.
The parking is sort of limited, so if you come back to your room late at night you might need to park a bit farther, but still within the hotel lot.
The cafe seemed overpriced so we stayed away and went to some of the local joints around the area
