The hotel was in a nice location and I enjoyed my stay with no issues. Also, when I needed help with sorting myself out with my rental car, the staff was quite helpful. I would stay there again if ever in the area.5

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! No air conditioning needed since it was winter time during our visit in Jeju. Our room was well-kempt. I loved the view on the balcony even though it was freezing out there. The beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was REALLY FAST as compared to the speed of connections I'm used to back home. I was able to find some TV stations in English but limited to a few. My only concern was the glass panel by the bed near the bathroom, they should really do something about that—dark tint, a curtain, perhaps? More privacy, please. Haha. The toilet is quite high-tech and needs some getting used to. Haha. Their breakfast buffet was delicious. I really enjoyed breakfasts there especially the croissants. And it's good that they have a convenience store in the basement. Overall, our hotel stay was indeed memorable and great. The hotel is quite far from the airport, though. But it was fun sightseeing in the bus since Jeju is just so beautiful.5

Employees are very kind.
Room was really clean.
Most of all bathtub was the best one I have ever experienced in any hotel room.
