The counter staffs are friendly and helpful. Free parking at hotel. Roof top has 360 nice view of Seogwipo city.4

Nice hotel. The front desk is at the second flour and there is the owner who attents the guests. He didn't speak English but was friendly and helped us promptly when the airco didn't work and I wanted an extra pillow. There are like 10 very very tight parking spaces down at the entrance but they are almost always full. At the reception desk we received a map which indicates 3 other free parking areas nearby. Sometimes you need to drive through them a couple of times because there is quite a parking problem in the area, there are so many cars. But eventually we would always find a spot within 15min or so. The parking lots are close to the hotel.
The rooms are nice, well equipped. We didn't make use of the breakfast (is at floor 2 as well).
The location is good as well. Seogwipo is quite a weird town and I wouldn't really be able to define one area as the city centre; shops and restaurants are all across the city.3

Good affordable price. Convenient location. Comfortable stay. The biggest downside is the room walls are thin. Able to hear ur neighbours talking very clearly, doors opening and closing. It has been keeping us up the whole night ..2

Affordable and in a good area with lots of restaurants around. The rooms are a bit janky though. Some of them smell like cigarettes even though there's no smoking. The toilet in my room leaks each time you flush and the walls are super thin. There's also only one elevator.
They will email you a link that shows your room number and room key combination. This honestly feels super unsafe as there's no authentication to view it as long as you know the URL. And it shows both the room number and key code... Just be careful opening it up anywhere in public.
