Geumneung Beach is right in front of you.
The perfect place to stay in the water.
The owner and staff are friendly and I have been looking for this place for 15 years.5

Good value for money
It's cheap, close to the sea, and the location on the first floor of the convenience store is great.
Instead, the internal facilities and buildings are too old and need to be cleaned.
Still, I am very satisfied with this price.4

Advantage 1. 30 seconds walk from Geumneung Beach.
Advantage 2. GS convenience store on the first floor.
Advantage 3. Cheap price compared to other places.
Disadvantage 1. Cheap facilities compared to other places.
Disadvantage 2. It's a 4-story building, but there's no elevator. You have to carry a large suitcase and climb up.
Disadvantage 3. Water pressure is weak. In particular, the hot water pressure is poor...

The location is very good as Geumneung Beach is right in front.
Maybe it's because it's an old building, but it was very humid and smelly. The toilet seat was broken and it hurt my butt.
Two stars because I slept at a cheap price~~
