Lovely stay at Joy House, the process of booking and response from the host was very pleasant. There’s parking lots in front of the building, lift up to the rooms. The host was super helpful, and responded to the messages within minutes, gave us larger towels on request, helped us with our Laundry, gave us good food recommendations when we asked. Overall a lovely and nice stay at Jeju near the airport, the rainbow coastal road and the red white horse light house which were couple mins drive away5

I had make my stay at Joy House for a 4D3N stay at jeju (10/3-13/3). I will not hesitate to recommend this place to whoever is coming to jeju. Nice location with a good view of the sea, surrounded with cafe, restaurant and walking distance to mall and many other. Most important you will have a 110% assistance from Joy,s in any help for transport arrangement and other need. He will go to his utmost ability to assist you which had never happened with me before. A very humble and nice gentleman. He will be very attentive when you communicate with him by translating thru his mobile phone. Dont heaitate to stay at Joy's house if you are making your trip to Jeju. Guaranteed perfect stay for you. Clean room, fantastic enviroment and most important you will be served by an awesome host.
On the day of my check out to airport, the transport which i had booked through Klook never turned up. Without any hesitation, the host start his car n offered to send us to the airport instead. Really appreciate. Thank you Joy House for making a wonderful trip for me5

Right by the ocean. In path of planes from airport but no night flights. Barely noticed during day. On rainbow road. Prices great. Clean. Would stay there again for sure.4

The pension has a very beautiful view of the sea. It is also equipped by enough kitchen stuffs, you can go to nearby supermarket (마트클럽) buy food and cook in the pension. However it has a little smell and the air-con is a little old.
