My family and I absolutely loved staying at Kensington resort. We had a beautiful view from our room and were located right by the beach, looking out onto the water. It was very cool to see the navy boat at sea and so close. Along with the stunning view, the staff were so sophisticated and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me and assisted me in so many ways that even had nothing to do with them and/or the hotel. I really can’t thank the staff for providing us such a wonderful stay. I felt so welcomed, comfortable and safe. Even the Manager was making rounds and providing any assistance we needed to ensure we are having a great stay. Also, not to mention the kids arcade and koi fish pond that my kids absolutely loved. When we come back to Jeju, we most definitely will be returning to Kensington Resort!

Great little resort with good size rooms but the front desk service requires more work on friendliness to their guests.4

Very modern lobby and dining areas with a very good restaurant and kind staff. The room we had though was pretty dated and the carpets were stained and in need of replacing. Everything worked though and we enjoyed our stay. The room also had stellar views.3

Very disappointing. We got a family room. Everything feels old and outdated. No microwave in the kitchen. One of the room has absolutely nothing except a closet. No bed, no AC and no bathroom. The bathroom is also very small. You also have to pay for pool usage in a resort! (KRW 18000) The only positive is lobby was clean, has a fancy buffet and view is pretty nice. My previous resort had 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms with a bed and AC in each room. The pool was bit small but obviously free.2

Location is not good. The pictures on the net are far away from reality don't let them fool you. The rooms are spacious but very old and furniture. The towels are extra small. No Bell boy service. Garden is amazing and breakfast is good. Overall I do not recommend
