Great experience here. Very nice room, comfortable at a great rate when we stayed (Early March). 7/11 was open until 10pm and staff was friendly. Was perfect for what we wanted on our stay.

Nice hotel. Decent, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Due to a mix up at check-in resulting from language difficulties they gave me free tickets to the pool, the Ma Park horse show, the zoo and gokarting which I thought was very generous. For this reason I couldn’t give any less than 5 stars. The free airport shuttle is very convenient as it’s about an hour away. You can walk to the beach in less than half an hour and it’s safe to do so. The breakfast was ok, but it’s quite Korean, no pastries. I would certainly recommend this hotel, especially if you want to play golf.

It's difficult to rate all the areas of this hotel at once. I could give the stars for each facility and at the end it would be a 3 star average. Bad experience at the swimming pool. Dog poop behind lounge chair at indoor swimming pool. It had been there some time but it was more improtant to stop us from swimming with no hat than cleaning the dog poop! There was no sign that a hat was required and they did not inform us a head covering was required to swim until we were already walking into the water. Another Korean guest helped translate and they blamed us because we don't speak Korean, yet a Korean/English speaker helped us at the desk when we paid and the cap was not mentioned! So we had to pay to rent swimming caps for our heads. No breakfast included which should be for this kind of hotel and these prices. Rooms spacious, nice but worn out (not updated for a long time) Bathroom is the best :) For the price there should have been included amenities, but there were none.

It's a little shabby and out of the way, but it's ends up being good value for money if you're planning on exploring the neighborhood near Jeju Brewing Co.! Wifi didn't work during my stay although I got a good signal. Hotel staff were at a loss to solve my problem, likely due to my non-existent Korean and their limited English. You'll have to bear this in mind if staying anywhere other than Jeju-shi or Jeju City. English ability drops off quite a bit once you leave the city center.
