Very spacious apartment-hotel, with kitchens area, dining area, bedroom etc. Love the washing machine option, just need to buy washing powder from the convenience store downstairs to wash our clothes. Bed is comfortable and though the room is not luxurious, it feels like a home and the location is good in town. Walkable to markets etc Service from front desk is good. No breakfast but there are options around. We are able to park our car for free here but there's limited parking spaces so if you come back late you might not be able to get a lot.

It's close to the local market and restaurants. The service was friendly. Having a washing machine in our room was very convenient. We found that our clothes were dry within a day. There is a tiny bin in the living area so we recommend you bring a spare medium to large plastic bag to act as a catch all. There are minimal bathroom amenities.

This place is listed as a Airbnb. Not a hotel. There is no breakfast provided. The building and rooms are not well maintained. We booked a double bed room for 4 pax. The only thing that impressed me was the door bell and auto door lock. The room is full of defects and the mattresses for the single beds are soft as bean curd. You have to place a 10k won for renting a dryer. The only waste bin in the room is very very small. The air con ducts have not been cleaned for ages. You have to throw the rubbish yourself and the cleaners will not throw them for you. See pictures. The chair is broken and noone knows. Overall, we will not recommend to stay as the service is poor.

(Solo Traveler/ Family suite 7th floor) I truly do not understand how this is a 4-star hotel. Let me list the "Good" first: 1. Within walking distance (.5 miles+) of several tourist attractions and Starbucks. 2. Large room with an excessive amount of closet space. 3. Extremely nice and helpful staff. 4. Washing machine, refrigerator and dining area the Family room. I choose this location mainly for the breakfast option and it's close proximity to many tourist sites without having a "touristy" feel. I read the reviews and was confident that this was the best place for the price. WRONG! When I first arrived at check on, it was apparent that they were doing some type of construction (this was not mentioned in any of the descriptions or reviews. It looked like the subway station! Dirty and loud. The 7-11 is very small and is the only way that you can warm up any food. I was willing to forgive the lack of decor, the cabbage smell in my room, the mystery stains on the couch and the overall lack of upkeep on this hotel, but I can not forgive the NO BREAKFAST! Not only do they still advertise breakfast on all booking sites, but they don't say anything about the restaurant being closed when you check in AND it's still being advertised on the elevator. I'll just make a list of issues so that you can decide for yourself: 1. No breakfast or on site restaurant as advertised. 2. Construction going on inside and outside of the hotel (at all times of the night) 3. The staff speaks very little English 4. The Family Suite did not have a stove or a microwave 5. The photos online are at least 15 years old. 6. Walls were cracked and chipped and badly repaired. 7. The furniture was stained and dusty. I can go on, but I think you get the point. Spend a little more and enjoy your stay somewhere else.

The pictures on the web site are amazing , unfortunately it is nothing like that. Sometimes they clean your room but not sweep or wipe down anything. We were left with no towels o e day and another day they did even come in and make up the beds. Needs updating and a deep clean and drain would block in the shower.
