I went there at sunset and the breakwater was really big.
There were a few people fishing near the inner harbor.
It was great to see the sea and Hallasan Mountain.5

The inner harbor is good for comfortable fishing. There are quite a few anglers, and it is suitable for targeting fairly large fish species. The higher the waves, the higher the probability. Fish species are pushed into the inner harbor by the waves from the outer port. Good from 5am to 9am or from 4pm. Always use it on days when the waves are strong. The slope of the breakwater steps is high. The view is good.4

Wimi Port in Seogwipo, Jeju is a national fishing port located in the southern part of Jeju Island, about 10.5km east of Seogwipo. It is a base for coastal fishing with abundant fish resources. It borders the East China Sea to the south and has topographic conditions that are not affected by the winter monsoon. It is said that a basic survey and basic plan were established in 1989 and a maintenance plan was launched in 1996. The entrance to the bay is open to the south, with a 500m east breakwater from east to southwest and a 190m west breakwater from west to southeast. A 760m water dock has been built inside the base of the eastern and western breakwaters, allowing small ships of less than 50 tons to dock. Recently, a tourist bridge that allows people to walk has been built and it is gaining popularity.3

It's nice to take a walk around and it's pretty, but there aren't enough coffee shops or restaurants. There are not enough places to rest, especially difficult to find bathrooms.
