Felt like a home away from home, spacious and comfortable, breakfast was simple, healthy and tasty, we could have stayed longer. Staff were super friendly and helpful plus the jacuzzi was heaven5

Jejueco has an extremely helpful host Victor and his staff are all exceptional. Loved the rooms, very spacious and cozy. Would love to go back.5

Very friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous views of the mountain and the sea, continental breakfast, close to lots of tourist attractions, all in all a great, comfortable place to stay4

I seriously think this Jejueco Suites is overrated. I stayed there for 7 days. Here is my comments:
Good points:
1. Location is convenient if you drive
2. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained
Area of improvement
1. Insufficient staff running the business
2. Staff treated local better than foreigners
3. Staff has condescending attitude when I request for help.
4. Be prepared to do alot of self help as the lobby is closed at night. Due to insufficient staff, the staff is not always at the counter for assistance in the day
5. Must sure you bring umbrella as they only either broken umbrella or limited. The staff will ask you to buy umbrella from eMart when it is raining. Who will bring sufficient umbrella overseas!!
