1. The room is spacious.
2. The toilet, washing, and shower rooms are separate.
3. It feels like a separate building from the main building, so it feels like a completely private house unless there are special events with people staying next door.
4. I feel like the boss is considerate.
5. It is best to contact us about 5 minutes before arrival. I don't think there's a house right next to it.5
