We were a little unsure after reading the reviews, if this was going to be worth it. But from the moment we arrived, we were impressed! The valet guys are awesome! So friendly and never had an issue (we were here a week) The lobby is beautiful. (Weird thing to notice but it smells great haha) The check in staff were friendly. The Concierge was great. And then our room was absolutely beautiful! Very clean. And very quiet. Maybe it depends on where you get put, but ours was very nice. We went to the time share meeting. And that helped with the parking costs, which we really appreciated. Meeting overall was very well done. Just Didn’t love the way it ended. Made to feel like really bad people when we turned it down. But I guess that’s typical. We ate at most of the restaurants. Of course everything is expensive these days. So we tried to do our own breakfasts and lunch. No housekeeping provided. But you just have to call front desk and they quickly give you whatever you need! Overall super impressed with this property.

This place is like stepping into an expanded version of Disney’s Epcot Italy!! It is also exceptionally close to Six Flags. Sales Rep Patricia took such good care of my family and I on our tour. Very impressed

Staff was amazing, everyone was nice and friendly. Cafe food was savory but they did take about 30 mins to bring out 3 omelettes, mind you they were not busy. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Indoor pool does not have a shallow area for kids but they can use the hot tub. They do not offer room service. They have valet parking and a spa that has a wonderful aroma coming from it. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I went here as part of a promotion I got at Cabela's that required us to attend their timeshare pitch. I had done one of these before in Mexico in exchange for a day outing and regretted it tremendously, but with paying only $54 in the end for a 3 night stay after getting $100 back in gift cards, I said why not and got this deal.
First off, the place is beautiful and the surrounding shopping area is nice because they tried making it a community for the more permanent apartment/condo people that live there. However, the hotel itself offers very little in return for the room prices that are mostly in excess of $300 regular price. We would never have paid that much for the little offered. I mean. We get some kind of breakfast at any decent motel. This place is pretty, but will cost you for everything except the free water in the lobby.
The lobby is beautiful and the staff is somewhat welcoming. They have multiple check-in to get all your package stuff. Boo to that. Rooms were decent, but definitely nothing spectacular or reflective of the price tag. Place still looks like the much cheaper hotel it used to be before the timeshare people took it over. There is no room service or 24hr food spot on the premises. The restaurants in the hotel and around are very expensive. The "village" on one side of the hotel is pretty and has plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. The pool is nice and kinda romantic at night. Unfortunately, everything at the pool was closed when we visited. No concessions or any activities. Lame.
Parking is not ideal. If you can afford valet, I'd pay it. The free parking lot is actually a few minutes walk down the hill and apparently people get their vehicles broken into all the time at that spot. The location overall is also kinda far from downtown if you plan to visit that area.

The hotel is nicely appointed, Comfortable beds, nice showers, good toiletries, etc. However, it seemed like an experiment in how few people could be employed to run a hotel. We waited until after 5:00 pm for our second room to be cleaned, at which point they told us it wouldn't be done so they moved us out of the first room they'd given us (after we'd showered and partially unpacked) and into 2 rooms on another floor. There were no concessions offered for our inconvenience, and although they weren't rude it seemed like it was just the way things are and they were used to it.
Tried to go to the restaurant but were told there was only one server.
