Best hotel in Korea! (Better than lotte hotel which I've stayed previously in Seoul). Special thanks to Jay and team for making our stay so memorable. Jay is very attentive and caring towards us and make sure we were well taken care of. He is well versed in English and mandarin so communication is no problem. He answers to all our queries and ensure that we get our transport that we require in advance. Rooms are pretty new, pillows are thick and bed is firm enough for my liking. There are also restaurants and market walking distance from this hotel. Come here and try for yourself!

I stayed 3 nights with my family in October 2023. Jay warmly welcome us, we were celebrating my dad's birthday and he provided us nice rooms and delicious breakfast. He kindly explained to us how to adjust the room temperature and where are the locations of the hotel facilities. The staff were all very sincere, kind, friendly. One one they even packed a bento lunch for us. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Korea during my 2 visits there. If I am back at Jeju I will definately stay at this hotel again. I actually thought I wrote a review, but it seems i missed out.

Great customer service from Jay and team. The location is perfect as it 5 mins walk to Olle Market but still nice and peaceful. Lots of Korean food around here and in the market. We would especially like to thank Jay for taking care of us during our stay and also to his team.

This hotel location is superb and Manager Ray speak good English and nice person. Room not really big for 2 single beds size room, but still alright. One thing I find out the bed even has heated up so sleep in cold weather will feel great.

Visited Jeju in November with both my parents and we really enjoyed our stay here! Jay made it a very memorable one. He was so attentive and accommodating to us throughout our 3 days. Top notch service from all the staffs. We even got a free room upgrade + breakfast and greatly appreciated the bag of hallabong! The hotel is located within walking distance to the Olle market and its location makes it convenient to drive to different tourist spots in Jeju. There’s plenty of parking at the front and the hotel staff will gladly park your car for you each time you return to the hotel. Room was very clean and bathroom was spacious too. Highly recommend staying here!!
