Located near airport. Lots of places to dine and shop. Staff all very friendly. LARGE spacious rooms for people traveling with others. Water pressure is strong, my first shower I felt attack LOL3

The room not really clean my bedsheet wasn’t changed for the 2 days I stayed here and there is no room service you have you go down and pick it up and also not good food the outside rooms gusts voice load2

This is certainly not a 5-star hotel. This hotel can afford many guests. That must be the reason why they can promote themselve as a 5-star. However, Cleaniess, Room condition, Facilities, Staff, Service, and in every other aspects, this is simply not a 5-star hotel at all. It's an okay hotel if you pay less than 50$ per night. I would recommend you to reconsider if the room cost is higher than 55$ per night. I personally will pay more than 40$ to stay here.
Tips: The hotel is located near the Chinese area. The parking lot is narrow and often fully occupied. Use the outdoor parking lot, if the weather is okay. Extra charge applies for the pool, spa, and gym.2

For a 5 star hotel
Amenities was charged including toothbrush !
Air con/heater doesn’t function ( they said they switch it off during winter) but it was spring n it was warm during the day-
No ventilation
So they gave us a fan ! - a fan ????
Walls were super thin. You can hear doors shutting and people talking
Overall this was not a 5 star hotel. I HAVE BEEEN to 5 star hotel. N this isn’t one of them.

Pay no more than 50$ max. Not worth it. Not a 5 star hotel at all. Blood stains, holes, molds… Don’t be fooled by the commercial reviews.
