The room rate is very expensive (price is high) but the hotel deserves it. 1. The rooms are clean, tidy and beautiful. Everything in the mini bar is free. 2. Service is also good. The hotel guy is always there to help to take the luggage when you check in or check out. 3. The location is actually quite good, just besides the sea. I just feel a little bit far so I give 4 star instead of 5. 4. There are indoor and outdoor pools, the outdoor pools (kid pool and adult pool) water are warm and are very suitable to swim at night. 5. The fitness club is well equipped with an INBODY machine but I feel that the room is quite small.

Truly a 5 stars experience. Great location next to the beach. Fantastic new facilities. The pool has great views and plenty of space to lounge. Great changing/locker rooms with a lot of amenities. Staff was very friendly. Free parking for guests. Free sunrise yoga by the pool.

Really nice hotel in an incredibly scenic spot. We originally booked the Deluxe room but got upgraded to Premier which was a nice touch. It has a huge bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Everything in the room was clean and modern and comfortable. Lots of drinks in the room too. Food options were actually good too. First they have a GS25 convenience store which is super convenient and cheap. Then there’s a cafe in the main hall area with some really cool and creative cakes. Well worth a visit. The confetti restaurant was better than expected too. Great service and good food. Especially the black pork bbq. Outdoor pool very good too, though when we visited in March the indoor pool was closed for maintenance. Slightly inconvenient as it was very cold outside, too cold to sit by the pool.

I had to take an emergency trip into the hotel as I was on the 600 hotel bus and needed to use the bathroom urgently. The staff were very accommodating and even helped me figure out the next bus. The hotel appeared to have wonderful facilities and the bathroom was immaculate.

There should be a higher rating than 5 for this beautiful hotel. Everything is perfect. The breakfast is amazing, the pool is fantastic, and the staff is polite, helpful, and so caring. The hotel offers offers currency exchange at a very competitive rate. The views are magnificent! And the hotel gives back to the community. If in the area, you must stop by.
