The junior suite is very clean and spacious. It looks like a new hotel. The receptionist, Miss Jang, is very helpful and helped us to order food in during a heavy downpour :)

Was staying on level 8, the room is not very big. 2 mid size luggage cannot be open together. However, the room was sufficiently furnished. It was a comfortable stay

I’m super impressed with the Samsung steam garment cleaner in my hotel room. Every night, I can steam clean my jacket and outerwear.

Very good hotel. I was expecting something less for such an affordable price but I liked it even more than what I was waiting for. I would recommend probably a better breakfast selection of foods and drinks. Coffee was NOT good. I found one the male receptionist to be a little rude, loud and he kept spitting in the front desk. Yes, not lying or exaggerating. Also, even though I do not speak Korean, I was able to understand he kept repeating a word that is similar to the number "18"... Overall, it was a very good experience despite those few things.
