Big rooms [hill suite] lots of space, faces South with 20ft glass window, so sun will warm up the room in winter. Heated floor is great. Adequate kitchenette for simple heating, cooking. Coffee machine good but no sugar, milk. There are a few convenience stores n small local eateries around. Laundry area has 3 washing machines n 3 dryers. Electric car charging area available. Breakfast is fairly simple, but adequate, although a little pricey. Adequate outdoor parking. Good place to unwind

It was most memorable accomodation during our visit to South Korea. Me and my partner truly indulged into luxury experience in bay suite room. Staffs are very friendly and welcomed us politely. Room was cozy and clean. My partner enjoyed face massage session in facility.
Must try dinner in their restaurant “Narnia”. I also used to work as Chef and I can say that restaurant food was amazing and fresh using local ingredients. Honestly the best during our trip in Korea.. staffs and chefs were exceptional. Breakfast was also nice.
We will definitely coming back for sure and thank you guys for great hospitality, unforgettable experience 👍👍

If you are reading reviews for this place you should stop looking and book here. This is an incredible establishment. The staff are impeccably professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are lovely, well furnished, comfortable, and have the right luxury comforts. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Cleaning staff keep everything very clean and maintenance staff have clearly done a fine job keeping the property in great condition. The view is very enjoyable with the ocean and some of the local community clearly visible. Great food and spa that is open late. Could not be happier!

My first location in Jeju Island, the hotel is very nice, I made a reservation for a basic room, the room was big and had a little kitchen which was very useful, a big television with Netflix . They also have a laundry room with all the products you need to do laundry. The staff was super nice and helped me with everything I needed, they were kind and welcoming so I highly recommend this hotel.

Bayhill Villa, a contemporary haven that whispers sophistication without a hint of ostentation, was our top choice for the 2nd leg of our Jeju travels.
From the moment we arrived, any anxieties melted away. The multilingual concierge team (a godsend, for our Korean is limited to enthusiastic karaoke renditions) effortlessly handled our request to extend the car rental – a lifesaver, considering Jeju's hidden gems are best explored on four wheels.
Our room – a sanctuary of clean lines and plush comfort – was a haven in itself. The pièce de résistance? Undoubtedly the private jacuzzi on the patio, promising starlit soaks after a day of exploration.
A delightful touch was the self-serve tea station by the entrance, a thoughtful invitation to unwind after arriving on a late evening.
Our room boasted a well-equipped kitchenette– a stove, a generously-sized fridge, and a complete set of utensils – perfect for whipping up a midnight snack.
However, a minor misstep marred an otherwise flawless experience: breakfast. While the separate venue itself promised charm, the lack of buggy service on a particularly rainy week was a dampener. Trudging five minutes under an umbrella, even with one graciously provided by the hotel, left us less than enthused, especially in Jeju's lingering winter chill.
Despite this (hopefully addressable) glitch, Bayhill Villa remains a top contender for the discerning traveler. With its impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and the promise of in-room jacuzzi bliss under starlit skies, it's the perfect pied-à-terre for a truly unforgettable Jeju escape.
