It was the absolute worst experience we have ever had while travelling. Absolutely disappointing and a real scam. We were scammed at the time of booking already because we booked 2 rooms and only got one, even though we were three people. When we arrived the room was also not at all what we had booked, pictures on booking and reality are very different. When we complained and asked for a refund, we were first ignored and then insulted and when we tried calling him, he hung up on us several times. The mattresses were rock hard and partly made up, the whole room was damp from the poor insulation. It was not even a proper matress, you could feel the springs sticking through. We couldn't sleep at all. We decided to leave the accommodation because the owner did not respond to our complaints and the room was then rented out twice and we still did not receive a refund. As a foreigner, you get ripped off badly here. The owner was racist as he claimed at first that he didn't speak English, which wasn't true either, because when our lawyer called him, he suddenly seemed to be fluent in English. We paid 1,5m Won for this scam! Of the 42 countries and over 100 accommodations booked via Booking, this is the absolute worst experience we ever had.
