Room is a typical older design room. Room is clean. There is bath tub in the toilet, toilet bowl come with warmer. As for toiletries, the hotel does not provide tooth brush and toothpaste but not a big issue as there 2 convenient stores opposite. Location is centralized, near a lot of restaurants. The staffs are friendly. Overall, I am happy with my 4 nights stay with this hotel.

Location of hotel is good, lots of food options nearby. Had the junior family suite, which suit our need perfectly, kids had their bunk beds in a separate room. The only bad thing is the toilet ventilation, it was turned on but the bad smell keep lingering in the small space.

The location is top-notch. The room is a bit average. Our bathroom tub was leaky, which was a bit of a downer. We were out most of the time, so it's not a big deal. They did have Netflix available on their TV, which is a good option for international shows. They serve breakfast on the 2nd floor. It is nothing to write home about but gets the job done when it's 0 degrees outside. Service is also a bit choppy. If you get reception on a good day, they will help get you a cab, but that's not a guarantee. If you're looking for a cost efficient location- this is a good place, but you get what you pay for.

The rooms are too small for two queen beds with no space in between. The AC is controlled not to go below 20C but the room is so hot. There is a musty smell on the floor and stains all over. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days only. There are no outlets near the beds. The list goes on. I’ve stayed at the Gangnam sister hotel and that was wonderful. This Jeju hotel sucks.
