Polite staff, well kept room and bathroom. Toiletries and fresh hand towels provided. Useful information brochures about Jeju. Staff is at hand 24 hours. I would advice you to bring hairdryer and straightener as this is not provided.

More like a motel. No lobby, no staff at counter most of the time. Toothpaste but no toothbrush, shampoo and body wash provided. Only face towels provided. (alot of face towels) no shower curtain so floors will be wet. Maybe that's what the face towels are for but still doesn't explain the lack of bath towels. My ear got bitten by some bug while asleep. Very springy beds. Lots of food places and a 7-11.
