I have nothing but nice things to say about this hotel. We held a HUGE event there and they were more than accommodating. Most impressive was the staff service. Patient, kind and friendly. The location is fantastic. Right across from the water and within easy walking to numerous fun bars and good food. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I thought the price was more than fair for the location and the room style. Bed was softer than most Korean hotels. Thanks for your hospitality Heyy! We were a large, loud and boisterous crowd. You did a great job.

My stay at Heyy Seogwipo Hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It smelled divine and created such a great first impression! One of the best features of this hotel is that they have two buildings, and you can choose to overlook the water or mountains depending on the type of room you book. My room overlooked the water, and the view was just breathtaking. It was the perfect place to unwind and take in the natural beauty of Jeju Island. The style of the room was also exceptional. It was so minimalistic and sleek, with a modern and functional design that made the room feel spacious and comfortable. What's more, the general scent of the hotel was so amazing that my partner and I even asked them for the scent. It was truly a delight for the senses and added to the overall luxurious and relaxing feel of the hotel. However, one thing to note is that the parking garage is free but pretty tight and scary because it's one-way and very steep. This may concern some guests, especially those with larger cars. Despite this, I would still highly recommend Heyy Seogwipo Hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and relaxing experience in Jeju Island. The stunning views, modern design, and attention to detail all make for an unforgettable stay.

The staff was very helpful, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent and they had many services to offer. The location was very convenient, I have nothing negative to say as I'd highly recommend this hotel. One suggestion I have is they need to give out two key cards for multiple guests who share a room. The taxi got lost on the way there and called the hotel, he was able to find it easily and they helped us when we arrived (in a typhoon). It was an excellent experience!
