I'm impressed by the service, amenities, and accommodation of the location. I'm not sure why it's considered a 3-star hotel/resort, but I would honestly place this in a 4-star category with the experience we've received. The staff are attentive, professional, and knowledgeable with any questions or issues. The common areas are spotless, and the rooms are immaculate.

New hotel next to the Jeju Convention Center in Jungmun. The room was clean and bed was cosy. The quality of breakfast was good as well.

We had a delightful experience at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast bar was truly amazing. Highly recommend our stay here!

The staff did not understand English well. I booked a room, but they gave a more expensive room. They claimed that they had explained it to me, but I didn't understand. They booked a cab for me, but the cost was more than the market rate.
