The building looks old, so don't expect much, but the room is warm.
It's clean and the price isn't too expensive.
A pension of that size with a beach view would charge more even on weekdays, even if it's not the peak season, compared to a typical area. It's cheap, but it's not like a hotel with good facilities.
It's a place I really like. I highly recommend it. For reference, I used room 301 on the left for the first time.
Before that, only the second floor on the right from the building entrance was used, so the view on the left would not be good.

Although the weather was windy and cloudy, it was a wonderful experience at the water garden and a useful time to gain various knowledge about Jeju stones. This is a place that requires a full day to see it all!5

Although the facilities are excellent or nothing special to boast about, the owner's consistency and low cost are very big advantages.
Moreover, the food village near Yongduam is close and the surrounding conditions are excellent.
It's also good to go to Aewol or Hallim.
It is also a great pleasure to watch the sunset while drinking a glass of soju at a nearby restaurant at night.4

Great rooms, with view of the ocean - but this place is almost directly under a flight path... fortunately, the planes stop at night.4

For a pension, cleaning and hygiene are maintained well.
It is located on Yongdam Coastal Road, so it has good accessibility to the airport. It is convenient as there are many restaurants nearby.
