The staff was excellent from the moment we arrived. The bell boy helped us with our luggage and pointed out the parking spot for me.
Veronica at the front desk checked us in properly and explained the layout of the resort. Gave us a couple of theme park rides and chips for casino. However, we didn’t manage to use them.
The concierge was helpful to assist with making a dinner booking outside the resort.
The hotel is clean and well managed. Although we saw many big groups, it was quiet and relaxing.
There is plenty of parking including EV charging stations. It is a short drive to Osulloc and Innisfree Jeju House.

Room’s new with great view of the nearby theme park. Sweet of them to send me birthday cake 🎂 even though without the birthday words 😁

I stayed two nights here before hotel hopping around the island. This is one of the few full service hotel chain in Jeju with proper hotel services outside city center. If you are visting the West side of the island, this would be a great place to stay. It is just 5mins drive from Osulloc Team Museum. Good breakfast spread and a few nice eateries within the compound. The shopping or outlet is nothing to write home about. There is a tax refund machine at the basement which is very helpful. Location wise, it is advisable to have a car. However, there are always taxis queuing outside the entrance, and the conceirge is very helpful to arrange for transport.

The rooms are so bland and sad looking honestly. I think they’re probably opened for 10 years but the cleanliness looks like it was opened maybe 20 years ago.
Other than that, the resort itself is amazing. Lots of restaurants, a small theme park and water park, casino, and a small shopping area. I really enjoyed my breakfast but I wished the staff told me that I had to leave breakfast at 11. I thought last entry was 11. But regardless, having breakfast until 11 is extremely rare and the quantity and quality was hard to beat. Despite it being a resort, they even gave me late check-out.
The walls are EXTREMELY thin though

Pros:
Large, clean, bright rooms
High-quality breakfast
Cons:
Thin walls (noise can easily travel between rooms)
Overcrowded breakfast area
Overall:
This hotel is okay for a business trip, but I would not recommend it for a leisure stay. The rooms are functional but not very inviting, and the breakfast situation can be quite chaotic.
Additional details:
The rooms themselves are not very soundproof.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of high-quality food, but the breakfast room is often overcrowded.
Recommendation:
If you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, I would recommend looking elsewhere. However, if you are simply looking for a clean and functional place to stay for a business trip, this hotel may be a good option for you.
