I was very amazed at how awesome the customer service was. The bell hop went out of her way to guide me to a pharmacy. The breakfast was a bit pricey for Korean food but astoundingly delicious with the best customer service I've ever experienced. I was nervous that I would feel pressured to go to the casino but never felt the least bit pressure about that. Lovely stay and wonderful staff!5

Very friendly staff, clean and very nice rooms. Sohee helped me with my booking and gave me tips on activities before I even arrived in South Korea. I will most definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit. Heds were very comfortable.4

Indeed was a pleasant day. Met the reception staff Philip who speaks fluent English. He is also very helpful in helping us to decide on cafe n restaurants. It made our stay in the hotel n Jeju even more memorable. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if i were to visit Jeju again. Thanks Philip for yr help.2

Please be aware that there is no air-conditioning in the room from Oct onwards. Stayed here in late Oct and no air-conditioning despite a self proclaimed 5 star hotel. Staff will give portable fan as a recovery. Ridiculous because we just came from another hotel and there was air con!!!! Be aware before booking
