Simple and easy hike to the submit, can drive all the way up and hike up a little, the drive up can be quite narrow, so be careful with that. Once at the peak, can get 360 views of the surrounding5

Great place for a visit. It's easily accessible by car most of the way and offers a great view of Jeju. Mostly visited by locals so it's a pleasant change from tourist areas4

The drive to the parking area is challenging, only one car can pass through. The Oreum is quite tall, could view probably 40% of Jeju island.4

You can drive up almost near the top but be careful as the road is very narrow and only allows for 1 car so can be difficult to pass when you meet traffic coming in the opposite direction.
There is some parking available and then you must hike a small way but rather steep up to the top where you get a full 360 degree view of the surrounding area.
There is also a walking and hiking path that goes all around the mountain you can take instead of driving up. You can see several small cave systems as well along the paths, I think you can technically enter them but seems dangerous to do so.4

A hill that can be climbed more than 90% by car. However, it is not easy to drive, so it is recommended that inexperienced drivers do not try. (1-lane road only)
If you go up about 5 minutes after arriving at the parking lot, you can see both the sea and the land.
