Rooms:
- There were stains on the blankets and couch
- The room had no aircon, only heater, apparently they only turn it on in may so keep it in mind as i went in April, and Jeju gets pretty hot already.
- the room attracts mosquitoes, got bitten at least 10-15 times and killed 2 during my stay. Rooms are equipped with mosquito killing spray which means they are aware of this problem.
Service:
- staff were great, trying to be as helpful as possible. E.g., helping to book taxi, answering queries.
- unfortunately, they were unable to solve the problem of the room being so hot
Location:
- amazing location with a bus stop right outside the hotel.
- One of the best bus stops on jeju island, Jeju city hall which connects many many buses is only a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel.
- many good restaurants in the vicinity behind the hotel, including raw marinated crabs, frozen pork belly, barbeque restaurants.4

Hotel and hotel room is a tad dated. Stayed 2 nights as part of group tour. Room was bright, spacious and clean. There is a 7Eleven convenience store just behind the back door. Spacious and bright hotel lobby. Conveniently located hotel, with short 5 to 10 minutes drive to Jeju Airport. Ask for higher floor room, to enjoy partial seaview.4

Stayed there in September of 2023. We were overall satisfied with this hotel. Just a few comments, the hotel is 30 mins away walking distance to the more vibrant area of Jeju City (coastal area). The exterior photo of the hotel is no longer accurate at this hotel is flanked by two tall buildings unlike the photo (not a problem but just sharing). No separate shower area. Shower was within the bathtub. This is fine however there were no shower curtains therefore the bathroom got soaked after every shower. Was annoyed by a female receptionist. When we had asked for an extra key card (hotel only issued one during check in), she had a look of disinterest, didn't say a word, and passed the task to her male colleague who issued another key to us.2

Stayed here in End-Mar 2024 for 2 nights. Agency booked a triple room but we were given only 2 towels (one of them was torn and is deemed usable by the hotel), 2 robe, 2 slippers, 2 bottles etc. We were subsequently given 2 small towels! Despite feedback on 1st night, we were still only given 2 sets on the 2nd night. Very disappointing!
Breakfast was average.
Only plus point is the grocery store opposite the hotel selling items seemingly in bulk (meaning cheaper!)
