Away from the more touristy Hyopjae Beach but within walking distance but near a commercial fishing village. Owner is a prince, always concerned about your needs. Price is reasonable.5

This is a cozy house with a very pretty garden and exterior. There is a port in front of the pension, but if you walk 30 seconds to the back, there is a great sea view of Geungneung. The small room is perfect for a couple. The bedding and towels are soft and fluffy. A car is essential to eat. If you want to play in the water, wear a life jacket along the sea road to Geungneung. I swam there haha. There are ants, so as long as you're careful not to leave food on the floor, the price is good and good! I recommend it.4

It's great if your vacation is just to relax quietly. The sea right next to it is beautiful morning, afternoon, and evening. When I opened the window, I could see the sea (not the entire sea, but over the wall), so it was good to check the weather of the day, and I was satisfied because the neighborhood was very quiet. And the owner seems to be taking good care of the garden! It feels good to return to the accommodation with the flowers and trees well-organized. There is also a swing, and chairs and tables where you can sit and relax are placed to suit your sensibility. It's nice that there's a low stone wall, so the inside is somewhat hidden, and it's easy to get around because there's parking just beyond the stone wall(?). At night, the lights come on cutely, so you can tell it's our house from afar.
The hot water comes out well and the heating works great. And the bed is hot, but I don't know if this means that when you turn on the heating, the bed automatically becomes hot as well. Anyway, I stayed at a time when it was really windy and a typhoon was coming, but I was tired and had a good rest. I asked for a replacement towel and they gave it to me right away. It looks like they live in the accommodation! If you are someone like me who gets cold a lot and likes quiet, this is the perfect place. Are you disappointed that the wallpaper and tiles are a bit worn out? A few TVs aren't working? Other than that it's good. There is also a convenience store nearby, so it is easy to buy water and snacks when returning to the accommodation. In each room, I had my own little space haha, so I laid out my clothes and put my wet shoes out.
It is equipped with everything such as a small refrigerator, sink, coffee pot, cutlery and cups, so it is convenient to bring food to eat. I drank coffee every morning. There are also shampoo, rinse, soap, toothpaste, and dryers. But there was no body wash! If you wake up early, take a walk along the seaside every morning!
