The location is good as it is right in front of Hamdeok Beach and the view from the top floor is also good.
I am satisfied except that the bathroom smells a bit and there is no elevator.4

Based on the room I stayed in
Advantages
Excellent accessibility with a 2-minute walk from Hamdeok sandy beach, yet has a quiet residential feel
Spacious and convenient interior (studio type), especially good for those who will use the kitchen
Clean, fluffy, rustling white bedding
disadvantage
One window had a broken mosquito net and wouldn't close, so I couldn't open it.
The shower was hung too high and I couldn't adjust the angle, so I showered while holding it in my hand (height 160).
Carpets and carpet-type towels are uncomfortable due to cleanliness issues. It would be better if there was no carpet, and the towel type would be better if it was a towel type.
I couldn't sleep well because the room next door was talking all night and the door was slammed.4

Located in Hamdeok, where we stayed for 2 nights. The advantage of being a pension is that you can cook. You can also insert air from a tube. They also provide plenty of towels. Everything was good... but the ceiling in the room we stayed in had a leak or some mold, so I took off one star.
